| Blue Cross Insurance Product |

From now until 31 March 2026, new members who successfully register for SmartClub will also receive a coupon. The coupon will be distributed via the Exclusive Reward section on the member portal the day after successful registration.
| Terms and Conditions: | |
| 1. | The ePremium Coupon (the “Coupon”) is valid until 30 April 2026 and will be invalid thereafter. |
| 2. | This offer is applicable to individuals who successfully register as a SmartClub member (the “Member”) on or before 31 March 2026. |
| 3. | The Coupon will be available in the Exclusive Reward section on the SmartClub member portal. |
| 4. | For newly registered Members, the Coupon will be distributed via the Exclusive Reward section on the Member portal the day after successful registration. |
| 5. | The Coupon is only applicable to Travel Smart policies purchased via the Blue Cross website or Blue Cross HK App. |
| 6. | Only one Coupon can be used per policy enrolment and each Coupon can only be used once. The Coupon cannot be exchanged for other gifts or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. |
| 7. | The Coupon can be used together with other promo code. Promo code must be entered in the "Promo Code" field during quotation, while the Coupon code must be entered in the "ePremium Coupon" field during payment. |
| 8. | After applying the Coupon, each transaction is subject to a minimum payment of HK$0.01. |
| 9. | Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited ("Blue Cross") reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Coupon usage without advance notice. In the event of any dispute, Blue Cross's decision shall be final and conclusive. |
| 10. | No refund of the premium portion paid by the Coupon shall be made under any circumstances if the policy is cancelled or altered. |
| 11. | "Travel Smart" is underwritten by Blue Cross, an authorised insurer in Hong Kong. For details of the insurance plan, please refer to the relevant product leaflet. For the relevant terms and conditions and the full list of exclusions of the insurance product, please refer to the original text of the relevant policy contract. |
| 12. | The distribution of the Coupon does not constitute and shall not be construed as an offer to sell, an invitation or inducement to buy or the provision of any insurance products to any person in any jurisdiction outside Hong Kong.
