Existing customers can log in and enjoy these services on BlueCross+, which offers a more convenient and efficient claims experience. |

| 2. | Never received any surgical operation except desexualisation. |
| 3. | Never exhibit any aggressive or vicious tendency and has not attacked or bitten any person or other animal in the past 5 years. |
| 4. | Never engaged in any business or commercial activities. |
| 5. | Never suffered from any physical defects or infirmities. |
