Terms & Conditions

• From now till 12 October 2023 (both dates inclusive), SmartClub members (“Members”) of Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited (“Blue Cross”) will be entitled to participate in the lucky draw for Blue Cross presents "Laugh Vacation" Tickets upon successful online enrolment or via Blue Cross HK App in designated insurance plans, including any Travel Insurance products (include Travel Smart, Working HolidaySafe, Overseas StudySafe Insurance and SmartGo GBA Travel Insurance) and General Insurance products (include LovePet Outpatient Insurance, LovePet Insurance, SmartFit Sports Insurance, HomeSafe Protection Insurance, MaidSafe Insurance, DecorationSafe Insurance, Taipan GolferSafe, GolferSafe and Personal Accident Insurance). Each eligible policy will be entitled to one lucky draw entry. There is no limit to the number of lucky draw entries that each Member can entitle.
• Prize list is as follow:

• This lucky draw and the respective promotional program are restricted in Hong Kong only.
• The eligible policy must be in-force on or before the lucky draw date, otherwise Members will lose the lucky draw chance automatically.
• The prize-winning list will be drawn randomly by a computer system on 16 October 2023. Lucky draw results will be announced in Sing Tao Daily, The Standard, and on Blue Cross’ website (www.bluecross.com.hk/en/ePromotion/LaughVacation2023/PrizeWinning)on 18 October 2023. The prize-winning Members will also be notified the prize redemption arrangement by email individually on or before 18 October 2023. The email notification will be sent to the prize-winning Member’s email address which is shown on the latest members’ records in SmartClub.
• The prize-winning Members who do not collect their prizes by 25 October 2023 will forfeit their prizes. Blue Cross reserves the right to deal with the forfeited tickets.
• All tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the drama, Blue Cross shall not refund the value of the tickets.
• The use of the tickets are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant organiser. Please refer to the tickets for more details. Blue Cross makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the products, services, or information provided by the relevant organiser in relation to the tickets. Blue Cross shall not be held responsible or liable for any matters arising from or in connection the products, services, or information in relation to the tickets provided by the relevant organiser. Members should direct any queries or complaints regarding the tickets to the relevant organiser.
• Blue Cross shall not be liable in any way to any person or any party for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury (whether or not it is foreseeable) arising from or in connection with this lucky draw or any matter incidental thereto.
• In the event of any disputes, the decision of Blue Cross shall be final and conclusive.
• Members who enrolled in any insurance products as mentioned in Paragraph 1 of this terms and conditions will join this lucky draw automatically. Their enrollment in such insurance products will serve as their understanding, acceptance, and consent to comply with these terms and conditions.
• All Blue Cross employees and insurance agents, except those directly involved in organising this lucky draw, are eligible to participate.
