# Costs of scaffolding or working platform related shall not exceed 20% of the total contract sum. This policy only covers the liability of the use of scaffolding or working platform related but excluding the liability arising from erection and dismantling.
Important Notes:
  1. Age of residential building shall not exceed 55 years. Age of non-residential building shall not exceed 45 years.
  2. This policy covers a single contract work for individual premises only.
  3. This policy excludes any maintenance, overhauling, and inspection of machinery.
  4. Please refer to the works quotation for plan selection and apply for insurance coverage before the works commencement date.
  5. No premium refund for any cancellation and amendment is allowed once the policy is effective.
  6. Applicant must be 18 years old or above.
