and remain the assets of BEA Life. You do not have any rights or ownership over
any of those assets. Your recourse is against BEA Life only.

performance of the underlying funds. Such returns may be lower than the
performance of the underlying funds due to the Plan's charges. Each of the
underlying funds has its own investment objectives and risks.

Early surrender of or withdrawal from the policy/suspension of or reduction in premium may result in
significant loss of the principal and bonuses awarded. Poor performance of the
underlying funds may further magnify your investment losses, while all charges
are still deductible.
