Right to Review
If you find that the plan does not meet your needs, you can cancel your policy within 15 days from the policy effective date. Simply send us a written request along with the original copy of your policy and your medical card. Any premiums that have been paid will be refunded to you in full, provided that you have not enjoyed any medical benefits under the plan. |

Coverage Period
Coverage is for one year, with effect from the 12th working day upon receipt of your duly completed application form and premium payment. |

Easy Application
Anyone aged 60 or below is eligible to apply. Enrolment is quick and easy. No medical examination is required. |

"Age" refers to the nearest birthday. If your next birthday falls within the coming 6 months from the application date, the premium rate will be based on your next age attained. Otherwise, it will be based on your current age. The policy effective date will be used to determine the age attained if it is different from the application date. |

Insured persons under the age of 5 must join the plan with at least one parent aged 18-60. |

Persons aged over 60 will be considered for renewal only. |
