Major Exclusions |

Congenital and pre-existing conditions.

Long-term repeated medication that exceeds 3-day treatment. No medication will be provided for treatment of chronic diseases including: cancer, chronic bronchitis, chronic eczema, diabetes mellitus, heart disease, hypertension, onychomycosis, etc. |

Any treatment for infectious diseases such as sexually transmitted diseases, and treatment of Human Immunodeficiency Virus, AIDS, or AIDS-related complications and tuberculosis. |

4. |
Intentional self-inflicted injury, attempted suicide, alcoholism, or drug addiction. |
| |
5. |
Vaccinations, immunisations, preventive treatments, routine physical examinations, and health check-ups. |
| |
6. |
Cosmetic medical services such as plastic surgery for the purpose of beautification, eye refractions or eyesight tests, hearing aids and prosthetic limbs. |

7. |
Pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, abortions, prenatal or postnatal care, conditions arising from surgical or chemical contraceptive methods of birth control, or treatment pertaining to infertility. |

Female hormonal tests or assays and female hormonal replacement therapy (unless resulting from a disease). |

9. |
War or any act of war, or active duty in the military, naval, or air force. |

Dental care and treatment. |

Psychotic or mental disorders. |

Accidents directly or indirectly arising from hazardous or professional sports. |

Specialised X-rays including mammograms, X-rays with contrast medium, X-rays involving computerised scanning, MRIs, etc. Specialised investigations including ultrasound examinations, echocardiograms, endoscopy, treadmill ECGs, etc. |

Tonic and nutrient herbs including Bird's Nest, Ginseng, Lingzhi, etc. |

15. |
Any surgical procedure (both clinical and hospital). |

Any treatment not undertaken by a network doctor or appointed centre. |
