What would be the eligible age limit for applying the "Outpatient Medical
Insurance"?

Anyone aged 60 or below is eligible to apply (Children under 5 years of age must
be accompanied by an adult who is also insured under the same policy). This plan
is renewable to age of 65.

Is the applicant required to declare his/her health conditions or to receive any
medical check-up when applying this plan?

No medical check-up will be required for applying this insurance. However, the
pre-existing conditions and long-term medication are excluded.

This plan offers annual mode of payment which can be paid by cash / cheque or
autopay through any specified bank or credit card account.

Is there any Cooling Off Period when applying the plan?

The client can submit a written request and return the original copy of the
policy with the medical card to cancel the policy within 15 days from the policy
effective date. Any premiums paid will be refunded in full, provided that the
client has not obtained any medical treatment or free medical service under the
plan.

All benefits described in the policy are applicable within the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region only.

How to define "Chinese Medicine Practitioner"?

A: |
A person duly licensed or registered to practise Chinese Medicine in Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region in which "Chinese Medicine Practitioners" are
regulated by government. However, this plan will not cover bone-setting and
acupuncture.

What is the policy waiting period?

There is no policy waiting period. Therefore, the insured will enjoy the
immediate coverage once the policy is effective.

Is there any limitation on the total number of medical consultations and
physiotherapy / X-ray treatment to be received on the same day?

A: |
The insured can receive one single consultation per each outpatient service
covered per day, i.e. the insured may visit one general practitioner, one specialist and receive a X-ray/ Laboratory treatment on the same calendar day.
