On the start date of the income period, provided that this policy is in force, the accumulated dividends will be converted to form part of the stream of future non-guaranteed monthly income which is payable throughout the income period until the maturity date. The accumulated dividends will decrease gradually after each payment of non-guaranteed monthly income and will become zero on the maturity date.

The Annual Dividend and interest are determined by BEA Life Limited at its sole discretion and are not guaranteed. The distribution and the amount of all non-guaranteed dividends and/or interest (if any) will depend on how well the fund has fared with regard to investment yield, expenses, claims, etc.

The Total Account Balance includes guaranteed and non-guaranteed values, the total of which is equal to the total cash value at the end of the accumulation period, less all indebtedness and amounts withdrawn (if any), plus non-guaranteed interest accumulated (if any).

Applicable only to regular premium payment mode policies with no outstanding policy loan or unpaid premium due. First-time application is free of charge and a handling fee will be charged for each subsequent application. The relevant terms of your policy such as the premium expiry date, income period start date and maturity date will be postponed for the duration of the premium holiday taken accordingly.

| High Income Generator Insurance is an insurance plan with a savings element. Part of the premium pays for the insurance and related costs. If you are not happy with your policy, you have a right to cancel it within the cooling off period and obtain a refund of any premiums paid. A written notice signed by you should be received by BEA Life Limited at 29/F, BEA Tower, Millennium City 5, 418 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong within the cooling off period (that is, 21 days after the delivery of the policy or issue of a notice (informing you/your representative about the availability of the policy and expiry date of the cooling off period), whichever is the earlier). After the expiration of the cooling off period, if you cancel the policy before the end of the term, the projected total cash value may be less than the total premium you have paid. |
