Classic Check-up Plan
| Classic Check-up Plan offered by U Care Hong Kong Medical Ltd. targets at preventing, detecting and controlling specific conditions or risk factors for different age, sex and high risk groups. The attending doctor specialized in Family Medicine emphasizes standard check-up procedures as well as professional advice for prevention, counseling and lifestyle changes. |
Executive Check-up Plan
| Executive Check-up Plan is one of the comprehensive check-up plans recommended for adult. The check-up incorporates laboratory investigations for anaemia, blood group, kidney function, liver function, bone metabolism, gout, thyroid function, and hepatitis screening. Common diseases like diabetes and lipid disorders are also screened.All participants undergo treadmill stress test, electrocardiogram, lung function test and chest X-ray that present a picture of the heart and lung function. Pap smear (for ladies) and PSA (for gentlemen) will be performed to identify specific cancer risk. |
Supreme Check-up Plan
| Supreme Check-up Plan is one of the most comprehensive and non-invasive check-up plans available for ladies and gentlemen aged 35 and above. It includes laboratory investigations to the functions of major organs. Common diseases like diabetes and lipid disorders are also screened. All participants undergo Treadmill stress test and check for cardiac marker that give an insight of their coronary arteries status. Pap smear and Mammogram (for ladies) and specific tumour markers will be performed to identify cancer risk. This program also features stool H.pylori test that detects peptic ulcer bacteria without using endoscopy or radioactive breath test. |

How to Apply
Please fill in an Application Form,
which can be download from our website, and send to Blue Cross
with payment either by a crossed cheque made payable to “Blue
Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited” or credit card
information. Upon receiving your application, a service coupon
will be sent to you within one week. With reference to the service
coupon, customers can then make appointment with the centre to
receive the preventive
